Kristatos is seen wearing an identical jacket in the film's dramatic climax when, in an attempt to retrieve the stolen ATAC, James Bond [Roger Moore] scales the cliff to Kristatos's hideout, the mountain-top monastery of St. Cyril, where Kristastos is finally killed by a knife in the back thrown by Bond's ally Milos Columbo [Topol].
