by Evans, London, containing: an amputation saw with lignum vitae handle and stamped Evans with a crown 15¾in. (40cm.) long, a small amputation bow saw with lignum vitae handle --9¼in. (23.5cm.) long, three Liston knives with lignum vitae handles, stamped Evans and with a crown, largest to smallest respectively --13¾in. (35cm.), 11½in. (29.2cm.) and 7½.in. (19cm.) long, a tourniquet, three trephanning drills (one with arrow head perforator) with one detachable lignum vitae handle, cranial forceps stamped Evans and with a crown --5¾in. (14.6cm.) long, two lenticulars and one elevator with lignum vitae handles, largest --6¼in. (16cm.) long, a lithotomy forcep stamped vans and with a crown --7 1/8in. (18cm.) long and scoop with lignum vitae handle --4 5/8in. (11.7cm.) long; and a mother-of-pearl fleam --6 1/8in.
