Chancery 2o (318 x 208 mm). Collation: [1-68.10 78.1]. 60 leaves (of 61; lacking the first blank). 40 lines. Gothic type 1:103. Large Maiblumen capital, small outline capitals, printed initials filled in with blue and red, rubricated with red capital strokes, paragraph marks and underlines. Blind bearer type visible at foot of 1/8. (Some worming, mostly marginal, some marginal dampstaining, last 6 leaves with marginal repairs.) Modern half calf gilt. Provenance: Cornelius Paine (bookplate) -- M.A. Elton (bookplate) -- Estelle Doheny (morocco bookplate; purchased from A.S.W. Rosenbach, Philadelphia, 23 July 1942) -- donated to SMS 27 July 1942.

The colophon attributes the authorship of this work erroneously to Johannes de Peckham ("Tractatus Johannis Pithsami archiepi Cantuariensis de oculo morali finit feliciter") instead of Pierre de Limoges.
