Gothic types 17:145, 19:280, 25:81, 26:105. (Title lightly soiled and with lower corner renewed, some marginal worming on the first few leaves catching a few letters in head-lines, some occasional light spotting.) 19th-century green morocco gilt, edges gilt (light wear along joints). Provenance: early marginalia (erroneously attributed to Philip Melanchthon) -- Estelle Doheny (morocco bookplate; purchased from A.S.W. Rosenbach, Philadelphia, 4 May 1943) -- donated to SMS 1943.
