Related Italian Genoese games tables of the same distinctive triangular form, which is clearly derived from Parisian prototypes of the 1730's and 1740's by ébénistes such as Pierre Migeon, are illustrated in A. González-Palacios, Il Mobile in Liguria, Genoa, 1996, p. 273, fig. 320, and L. Canonero, Barocchetto Genovese, Milan, 1962, fig. LXXXI.
