The rectangular vitrine with glazed panels within a reeded frame, the reverse with sliding panels, the interior with a celadon velvet floor, the desk with ormolu-moulded shaped rectangular top above a conforming frieze with two drawers flanking a mask, the sides each with a pullout gilt-tooled brown leather writing surface, the reverse similarly decorated with false-drawers, on cabriole legs tapering to lattice and foliate-cast sabots
