GERSON, Johannes (1363-1429). Opera. Strassburg: Martin Flach, 1494. 3 volumes, 2° (c.295 x 201mm). Collation as Polain, but with III: Aa8 (not Aa6). Gothic type. 4 parts in 3 vols, I: Inventarium: 52 leaves; part I: 257 (of 258, without final blank) leaves. II: 257 (of 258, without final blank) leaves. III: 354 (of 360, lacking aa2-7 supplied in facsimile). Full-page woodcut of a pilgrim appearing 4 times, initials in red. (Extensively wormed, I:i4 torn with loss). Contemporary roll-tooled pigskin, including one hunting scene roll, two fore-edge clasps (some missing, endpapers of vol. II renewed).
