A RARE ENAMELLED EROTIC 'EAR-CLEANING' GROUP
Circa 1750-70
Well modelled with the gentleman seated on white rockwork wearing a blue jacket incised with clouds, green floral robe over an iron-red underskirt and black boots, his left arm stretched out and resting on the knee of his female companion who stands on the rockwork attending to his ear, she wearing a pale green long tunic with landscape roundels over an iron-red robe reserved with white flowers and pleated blue underskirt, her hem raised in front to reveal her bare right leg, minor restoration
