Paris, 1786/1787, with the second charge and discharge marks of Henry Clavel 1782-1789, the micromosaic Roman, late 18th Century
Circular black tortoiseshell box, the independent cover set with a micromosaic of a butterfly on white-greyish ground within a pellet and rosette border, plain gold mounts with reeded borders
2 9/16 in. (65 mm.) diam.
