Mark of Salomon van den Burgh, Haarlem, 1700
Lobed octafoil, on plain circular rim foot with spreading base, the lower section repoussé with stylised flowerheads, the upper section with shaped panels and flat handles pierced, cast and chased with putti embracing within foliage, the base engraved with initials NI?HS, marked on rim
