Separately-paginated 6-page list of 'Naamen der heeren intekenaaren, op de afbeeldingen der vreugdenbedryven' bound in after title. (Variable light browning and spotting, marginal dampstaining touching image on additional title.) 19th-century red half roan, the spine gilt in compartments and titled in one (lightly rubbed and scuffed). 'VOLUME RARE, OMIS PAR BRUNET ET PAR GRäSSE' (Vinet); a finely-illustrated account of Willem V and Frederika Sophia Wilhelmina's visit to Amsterdam between 30 May and 6 June 1768. The present copy contains an explanatory poem and an additional title dated '1772', which bears Smit's imprint (as do the plates). Landwehr states that Smit 'apparently acquired the remaining stock' of this title from Yntema and Tiebold, and added the explanatory and additional title leaves to the work.
