including: two trepanning drills, a detachable lignum vitae handle, an elevator stamped 230 and also a trade mark, two lenticulars and a raspatory with lignum vitae handles, cranium forceps signed Evans and stamped with a crown; contained in a brass-bound, fishskin covered, red plush-lined case --9in. (23cm.) long
