Of upright rectangular form with rounded corners, the rock-crystal carved with reeded design, the front applied with a gold cast and chased rose-cut diamond set replica of the third Elizavetgrad Hussar Regiment of Her Imperial Highness Grand Duchess Olga Nikolaevna, with diamond thumbpiece, marked on the flange
