Of rectangular form, the hinged cover and base set with a rhodonite panel within green enamel acanthus leaf rims, the gold sides with white opaque enamel stripes enclosing two green enamel rosettes on gold sablé ground, with rose-cut diamond thumbpiece, fully marked
