EIGHT CYPRIOT INCISED RED POLISHED WARE VESSELS
EARLY BRONZE AGE, 2500-1900 B.C.
Comprising a deep hemispherical bowl with four diminutive rim lugs (one missing), with incised multiple-linear decoration including crossed squares, 7¼ in. (18.5 cm.) diam.; another similar, with four bucranial lugs around the rim, multiple zigzag around the body, 5¾ in. (14.6 cm.) diam.; a jug with spherical body and tall cutaway spout, with frieze of connecting lozenges, 6 in. (15.2 cm.) high; five gourd juglets, with narrow neck and flaring rim, one fragmentary, 3¾ to 6¼ in. (9.5 to 15.8 cm.) high, all repaired with some restoration; and a Black-Topped Red Polished Ware bottle, the rounded body with tall gently tapered neck, pierced twice below the everted rim, with incised decoration, 5¼ in. (13.3 cm.) high, Early Bronze Age, 2500-1900 B.C., all repaired with some restoration (9)
