the cover decorated in gold and silver hiramakie with geese in flight above and standing amongst reeds and a flowing stream, the details of the reeds in aogai, on a nashiji ground, the interior fitted tray with similar reeds, an inkstone and a bow shaped suiteki (water-dropper) -- 9¼in. (23.5cm.) wide, (minor losses and restoration.).
