the cover decorated in mother-of-pearl, gold and silver hiramakie with butterflies amongst reeds, on nashiji grounds, the inside of the cover and interior decorated with a pavilion before hanging vines, the interior with fitted tray, an inkstone and silvered copper suiteki (water-dropper) -- 9¾in. (24.7cm.) wide, (loose pieces of inlay and rubbing).
