With tapering watered single-edged blade with pronounced spine, the hilt heavily covered with silver cast and chased in high relief with foliage and flower-heads, all on a punched ground, the sides of the tang of the blade damascened with gold rosettes and chevrons, the pommel set with a large circular cabochon rock crystal, in its original silver-covered velvet-lined scabbard en suite with the hilt, with pierced and chased suspension-loop and bird's head finial
