Tasting note: Dark mulberry, with edge showing signs of maturation, the nose having fine spiciness. Strongly structured, with solid, rich middle palate and chewy tannins needing some years to soften. Good length - won't start to show real maturity until 12-15 years old. AH (June 2001)
