An album including photographs of holidays and travels (Staffa and Balliakill, on board yacht "Cornelia" and the steamer "Jumna", 1886, portraits of Mrs Stanley, Sir William Mackinnon and miscellaneous group portraits, the album titled in gilt on the spine 'SOUVENIRS OF YACHTING', 13¼ x 17in. (336 x 432mm.); together with a folio of cartes de visites and photographs of Stanley (one signed and dated 1897), including his friends, family and associates including Mackinnon and politicians, the majority after 1886.
