Persian manuscript on cream paper, 374ff. with 18ll. of black nasta'liq arranged in four gold outlined columns, titles in blue and gold on floral illuminated panels, five illuminated headings, opening illuminated bifolio, with ten miniatures in gouache heightened with gold, finis piece of each of the five books with further floral illumination, final folio with erroneous date 875, slight staining, some folios misbound, in later tan morocco binding with tooled medallion
