Han Dynasty
The cocoon-shaped body raised on a splayed foot and supporting a short cylindrical neck with flat rim, painted with pale shades of milky orange-red, lavender-blue, grey and cream with archaistic dragon motifs between vertical deep red borders, 28.5 cm. high; and a red pottery pouring ewer and cover, the bulbous body aplied with curved spout and loop handle to the slanted shoulders, the cover modelled as a stupa, 23.5 cm. high (2)
