Early 19th Century
the plump bird carved with its wings and tail feathers slightly spread, incised signature to the underside -- 2in. (5cm.) wide; an ivory netsuke of Fukurokuju standing wearing long flowing robes -- 2 3/8in. (6cm.) high; and another ivory netsuke of various masks and implements beside a drum -- 1¼in. (3.2cm.) wide, (rubbing and wear).
