Lenticular with integral himotoshi; black lacquer ground sparsely sprinkled with gold hirame and kinpun; decoration in fine gold togidashi-e with shell; compartments and risers gold nashiji, shoulders and rims gold fundame; unsigned; some old damage, lacquered ojime; ivory netsuke of a thwarted ratcatcher
