signed Paul Räth Leipzig, comprising a horizontal brass bar over a central vertical axis, the pierced steel wheel with three adjustable electrical contacts, and grooved wheels, moving over a brass horizontal plate with graduations around the circumference 0-100 and a small vernier with tangent screw fine adjustment and clamp, supported on a T-shaped cast iron base, one leg stamped P.L., with two adjustable brass feet -- 15in.
