Date code for 1918, printed crowned mark in puce, shape 1481, decorator's marks BT and X
Painted by Harry Stinton with two Highland cattle amongs heather and boulders in a misty landscape, signed, the reverse with a lesser vignette of boulders, between richly gilt sections, the lower part moulded with a band of S-scrolls above a gadrooned stem and stepped circular foot, the domed cover with spearhead finial (light rubbing to gilding)
