A Royal Worcester two-handled slender oviform vase and cover
Date code for 1905, printed crowned mark in puce, shape 1957, impressed marks
Painted by Harry Stinton with two Highland cattle above boulders in grasses and heather in a misty landscape, signed, the reverse with a lesser vignette of grasses and a rocky outcrop, with a reeded neck and domed cover, the handles moulded with scrolls and with leaf terminals, on a spreading stem and circular foot supported by a square base with canted corners (finial re-stuck, small rim chip to cover, the edge of the cover rubbed in parts, some general light rubbing to gilding)
