Of lobed globular form, gilt and enriched in iron-red with birds perched among branches of peony and chrysanthemum, beneath a band gilt with stylised flower-heads within a diaper-pattern section alternating flower-heads within shaped cartouches beneath floral ornament, the slightly flared neck moulded and gilt with rosettes reserved on a ground splashed with gilt, the interior of the neck painted in brown and similarly gilt, the slightly domed cover pierced with acanthus leaves between dark-blue ground bands gilt with beaded ornament, with pierced ball finial (cover restored, neck of vase restored)
