Circa 1880, blue cross and T marks, Pressnummer 412 to both
The vases of inverted baluster form, both painted with vignettes of amorous couples in wooded landscapes surrounded by scattered flower-sprays, the tied pink drapes above suspending stylised gilt ram's horns and ribbon-tied foliage at the sides below goat's head handles, the waisted feet applied with floral garlands between turquoise and pink scrolls above circular plinth bases enriched with gilding to simulate marble, the domed bombé-shaped covers with a band of pierced shaped apertures divided by flower-sprays, the finials formed as large rose stems with pink and yellow flowers (one neck broken through and repaired, minor chipping to flowers of both)
