The gorge case with white enamel Roman dial and blued steel hands, the twin barrel movement with silvered platform to a lever escapement with cut bimetallic balance, strike/repeat on gong to the back plate numbered 5597, with repeat numbers punched to the underside of the case; with brown leather travel case -- 5¾in. (14.5cm.) high to hilt of handle
