Surmounted by a sunburst behind a cloudbourne Cupid driving his dove-driven chariot, above an undulating pierced foliate-panelled case centred by the circular white enamelled dial with Roman and Arabic chapters and twin-train movement, signed Fand Berthout/A Paris, above a Cupid covering Venus, on a later green velvet-covered backing
