Marked for Samson and pseudo-marked with a Chantilly hunting horn, late 19th Century
Painted in colours with birds perches on blossoming chrysanthemum branches issuing from rocks, the shoulders and neck with foliate motifs, with a dentilled mount to the neck and cover, the slightly domed cover decorated en suite with balustroid metal finial, on ormolu stands
