A Delft blue and white rectangular teapot and cover
Circa 1720, blue AK monogram perhaps for Aelbrecht Cornelis de Keyzer of the 'De Twee Scheepjes' factory
With straight spout and loop handle, painted with a curious insect on rockwork flanked by flowering shrubs, the shoulder with radiating stiff leaves, the cover with foliage and grasses beneath a blue cone finial (some minute flaking to footrim and tip of spout)
5 1/8 in. (13 cm.) high
