Circa 1700
Painted in green, iron-red, aubergine, black and gilt with peonies issuing from rockwork to the centre, within petal-shaped border panels decorated with shells, pine and prunus blossom, on scale and wave pattern grounds, the underside with three emblems of a shell, ribbon and brush
