A Minton pâte-sur-pâte plate
Year cypher for 1875, impressed marks, crowned globe mark in puce
Decorated by Marc Louis Solon with a nymph wearing loose drapes, holding a sail suspended from a pole which she holds behind her, standing on an amphora above waves, with three dolphins jumping up, monogrammed, on a dark-brown ground within a band with pale-green marbled panels divided by darker green panels, gilt dentil rim (minute rim chip and minor surface scratches)
