Late 19th century, blue cockerel mark, painted numeral 11
With ochre dragon handles, painted with a quarter-length portrait of a man wearing Medieval dress, beside the initial N amongst a spray of flowers and foliage, within an oval panel reserved on a ground painted allover in blue and ochre with a symmetrical design of scrolls and stylised flowerheads, on circular foot (minute glaze chips)
