A Cantagalli pear-shaped lustred vase
Late 19th century, cockerel mark in blue, painted numeral 11
With ochre dragon handles, painted with a quarter-length bust of a man wearing helmet and Medieval dress, before a banner inscribed RVG IERI within an oval panel, reserved on a ground painted allover in blue and ochre with a symmetrical design on scrolls and stylised flowerheads, on circular foot (very minor surface scratches and minute glaze chips)
