Gilt-metal movement with eared and footed balance cock pierced and engraved with foliage inhabited with squirrels stealing fruit from baskets, verge escapement, silver regulator dial with later blued steel hand, top plate signed SALOMON SACK, squared baluster pillars, chain fusee, verge escapement, quarter repeating on a bell via two hammers with dumb repeat lever in the gilt engraved band by chapter VIII, silver champlevé Roman and Arabic arcaded dial with finely pierced brass hour hand and later minute hand, signed AUGSPURG in the shell and foliate engraved centre, the inner case with split bezel, the band elaborately pierced and engraved with foliage, shells and winged beasts, push repeat pendant and bow, the outer repoussé case with foliate pierced band and symetrical C-scrolls, centred by a classical scene emblematic of vanity, the vase and shell pedestal beneath indistinctly signed by the silvermaker FC Langp...
