12'''-120, with nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation ballance, micrometer regulator, the silvered dial with applied gold Arabic and dot numerals, gold feuille hands, day and month apertures, subsidiary dial indicating phases of the moon combined with constant seconds and date, the circular case with downturned lugs, engraved inscription to the snap on back (No. 653852), together with an 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives, case, dial and movement signed

Patek Philippe began production of reference 1526 in 1941. Only 210 examples were made.

Patek Philippe confirm production of this watch in 1949 and its subsequent sale on November 10th of that year.
