Decorated at the centre with a coat-of-arms bearing a sepia double-headed eagle on a gilt shield with eagle supporters below a gilt crown beside an oval containing a cypher within gilt surround and surmounted by a crown, the border with grisaille and gilt du Paquier-style panels and motifs below the rim
