The first, armorial, decorated primarily en grisaille with a coat-of-arms and crest with elaborate mantling, within a spiral surround below diaper-pattern at the border, the underside of the bowl and saucer with a cypher; and the second, decorated en grisaille and gilt with a cypher enclosed in an elaborate cartouche surmounted by a coronet, within a rococo stylised chain-pattern border, the second with hairlines
both saucers about 4 5/8 in. (11.5 cm.) diam. (2)
