A Vienna (Du Paquier) two-handled beaker
Circa 1730
The body with two quatrefoil 'rice-pattern' panels with iron-red circles at the intersections within quatrefoil double purple line cartouches, with flower-sprays above and below the angular handles, gilt line to rim and lower part, the interior with an elaborate border of purple husks between iron-red lines divided by scrolls, shaped panels and strapwork below the rim (gilt upper rim worn, minute wear to enamels)
