A Meissen figure of a woman with the bagpipes
Circa 1740, Pressnummer 33
Wearing a white and purple turban, open ragged flowered jacket, flowered apron and ragged flowered skirt, seated barefoot on a rock with a large bagpipe in her left hand, a pear (?) lodged on her apron, on a mound base (front corner of base and right foot broken off and restored, restoration to mouthpiece of instrument, upper part of instrument, pear and right small finger)
