signed on the silvered compass Abraham Liverpool, the alidade with twin sights and a bubble level, mounted on the end of the index arm with vernier and rack and pinion adjustment screw to move along the vertical semi-circle engraved along the base E.J. Newton Camborne, mounted on a brass frame with twin sights and a bubble level, over the glazed compass with two degree scales, wind rose with eight compass points, and edge-bar needle and clamp, raised on a simple staff mounting, with display base
