Signed on the silvered compass face A. Abraham. Liverpool, the compass with glazed cover, two degree scales around the circumference, eight compass points, edge-bar needle and clamp, with a brass cap with scales for 45°-0-45° and for Diff of Hypo & Base, the brass frame with two bubble levels and twin folding sights, raised on a simple staff mounting and display base -- 9¾ in. (24.8 cm.) high; and
