A mahogany-mounted two-plate wimshurt-pattern electrical generating machine
Unsigned. 20th Century
The 14 in. diameter glass plates each with sixteen sectors, with two pairs of brass combs and brushes, the two brass discharge balls held on glass columns (one repaired) to the mahogany frame with four turned feet - 20 in. (50.8 cm.) wide; and
A DOUBLE SPIRAL GEISSLER TUBE, mounted on a fruitwood and tin base -- 9½ in. (24.1 cm.) high; and
A CROOKE'S TUBE with flourescing flower inside, on a fruitwood and tin base -- 10¼ in. (26 cm.) high; and
A RAILWAY TUBE, the wheel inside with eight mica blades on a fruitwood stand (4)
