A fine lacquered-brass transit telescope

The 31½-inch (80cm.) long telescope with objective lens dust cap with a sliding cover over a small aperture, two vertical circles each with silvered scale, twin verniers and magnifiers, bubble level, micrometer fine adjustment and clamp, raised via the large cross section at the centre of the telescope on a later(?) oak frame with clamp, the frame with four adjustable screw feet
