The shaded rust-red field scattered with animated deer surrounding a pale lemon-yellow roundel centred by a rising phoenix, all enclosed within a pearl-motif frame, in a narrow steel-blue pearl and phoenix motif border between reciprocal trefoil, lemon-yellow diaper and stylised floral meander minor stripes, a plain steel-blue outer stripe, some localised areas of wear, scattered areas of repiling in the blue and red, stabilised at both ends
