A FINE AND RARE UNDERGLAZE-BLUE-DECORATED YELLOW-GROUND SMALL BOWL
WANLI SIX-CHARACTER MARK WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1573-1619)

Finely potted with rounded sides rising to a slightly everted rim, painted in rich cobalt-blue with a dragon in the central medallion, surrounded on the well with a pair of phoenix divided by cloud-scrolls, the exterior with a continuous floral scroll, all against lemon-yellow ground
