A pair of Sevres porcelain silver-gilt mounted cobalt blue baluster vases
Circa 1900, Sèvres printed green date marks S/1900, the silver-gilt mounts with Import Marks for Horace Woodward, Co. Ltd., London, 1901
Each with slender silver-gilt upright handles, radiating with a central sunflower, the rim moulded with overlapping leaves, the marbled cobalt blue body with a central silver-gilt panel of palmette and leaf-motifs along strapwork, mounted with on a stiff-leaf lower border and pedestal base (wear and tarnishing to silver gilt, mounts re-stuck)
